With high levels of job specific competencies, a vacancy now exists for an:
Operations Manager full time
As a key role in our organisation, this position will:
- Have a high level of financial management experience or accountancy practice competencies
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge in Human Resource, personnel development practices in line with current employment legislation and good employer principles
- Ensure contractual obligations and practice are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Manage and coordinate quality administrative processes and systems
- Strengthen and develop an overall performance management system in line with high quality practice
- A tertiary qualification relative to these key responsibilities and experience in
- Maori and disability issues would be an advantage.
