Natis in the City, hui around the motu
2 min read
Ngati Porou are welcome to come and contribute your views about the future of our iwi. Ngati Porou opinions and feedback are sought about the new Post-Settlement Governance Entity (PSGE) that will initially receive the Treaty assets on all our behalf.
In March a second round of consultation hui will be held in the four main centres to seek your views about the future of Ngati Porou governance.
- What will the new structure look like?
- What will be its role and functions?
- Who will be represented?
- How will it be accountable to us?
The hui will be facilitated by representatives of Te Haeata. Te Haeata is the subcommittee of Te Runanga o Ngati Porou responsible for the Ngati Porou Treaty of Waitangi Settlement Negotiations with the Crown.
Nau Mai Haere Mai! Come along and have your say at a hui nearest you!
