Korero on UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, May 20th, Auckland

1 min read

Kiri Toki and Kingi Snelgar will present a short informal session on their experiences from the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues (UNPFII) on May 20 (Thursday) 12-1 at Hineahuone. Some kai will be provided but if you have time bring a plate along to share.

The purpose of this korero is to outline what the UNPFII is and then have an informal discussion on its merits as a forum for Maori participation. It will be fairly informal so that all can get involved and say their whakaaro.

Please distribute this panui to others who may be interested.
