Nga Pae o te Maramatanga, Reminder to register for research hui with Professor Arturo Arias

It is our pleasure to co-host Professor Arturo Arias, a Professor of Latin American Literature at the University of Texas, in Auckland during March.
He is a well-known expert on Central American literature, with a special emphasis on indigenous literature.
He will lead a hui on Decolonisation, Research and Indigenous Peoples Today with Professor Linda Tuhiwai Smith on Monday, March 11th for researchers. If you havent already, please register as soon as possible.
Professor Arias will also give a public lecture on Tuesday March 12th, about the Maya calendar and wider indigenous issues, entitled Oxlajuj Baqtun: Not the End but a New Beginning for Maya, Indigenous Peoples and the Earth.
