1 min read

A series of severe quakes have just hit the lower North Island. GeoNet’s app had the quake at 6.2 (CNN is reporting it was a 6.8) which rocked Seddon and surrounding areas just moments ago.

The quake was felt as far away as Auckland and TangataWhenua.com felt it in Rotorua.

Wellington residents have described it as terrifying.

Will provide more updates ASAP.
Be safe Whanau!!
