Seafood Shop Manager – closes 17 October 2012

Looking for an exciting new challenge? We need an experienced shop manager to run our iwi-owned store offering the freshest seafood products as well as fish and chip takeaways at the brand-new Redwood Centre in Rotorua. Passion for seafood is a must! You will:
- oversee all aspects of the business including planning, supply, sales, promotions, staffing and systems.
- be highly motivated, self-directed and results- oriented with a focus on high quality and business profit.
- have at least five to ten years retail experience in the seafood or similar food sector.
- preferably have a tertiary or industry-based qualification.
- understand and know how to leverage our unique cultural branding.
We offer a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary.
