		<description>Firstly, I don&#039;t recognise any of the indigenous peoples mentioned in the report and wasn&#039;t aware that Bangkok was a &#039;hot bed&#039;  for indigenous developments?  Also, I note that Iwi representatives with the NZ government&#039;s delegation are not mentioned either.  In any case, I have to agree with the sentiments of the report that indigenous people need a strong voice within the process of setting targets to replace the Kyoto accord, but as Iwi are doing here in Aotearoa, the real impact will come with indigenous people making real sustainable changes in thier own lands on a national level - the international agreements like Kyoto will never be achieved until indigenous people can implement these initiatives at home first - pera ki a matou, kia kaha te Iwi Maori!              </description>
