Were inviting expressions of interest and employee referrals for the role of National Site Design Manager.

As National Site Design Manager, youll be responsible for setting up the engineering and design standards for the project from scratch, including the provisioning, employing, and managing of direct reports and functions of radio planning, property/leasing, town planning and site build project managers.

The successful applicant for this role will be directing the Civil and Structural Engineering support for the national roll out of 400+ sites per year, and must be ready to scale up. Responsible for setting delivery targets and progress, establishing management systems and processes to ensure your team delivers, he/she will produce details of specifications and outline designs, and recommend modifications in light of prototype test results.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • previous experience in a senior management position in a similar role
  • a minimum of 5yrs experience working on telecommunications related projects
  • a Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering Degree
  • proven experience managing a team to deliver a high work load through-put under time & cost pressures
  • commercial business acumen with clear & concise communications skills
  • a highly organizedand disciplined approach to your work with an ability to set targets, focus and budget resource to meet delivery targets.
