We are looking for a committed, systems focused person to ensure our financial management, personnel development and legal obligations align with best practice.

With high levels of job specific competencies, a vacancy now exists for an:

Operations Manager full time

As a key role in our organisation, this position will:

  • Have a high level of financial management experience or accountancy practice competencies
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge in Human Resource, personnel development practices in line with current employment legislation and good employer principles
  • Ensure contractual obligations and practice are delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Manage and coordinate quality administrative processes and systems
  • Strengthen and develop an overall performance management system in line with high quality practice
  • A tertiary qualification relative to these key responsibilities and experience in
  • Maori and disability issues would be an advantage.
