New Zealand Maori Council Election Deputy Chairperson

On the 4th November 2010 at an extraordinary meeting of the New Zealand Maori Council, Mr. Richard Orzecki was elected Deputy Chairperson. District Maori Council delegates participated in the election.

The position was vacant following the death of Mr. Jim Nicholls in September last.

Mr. Orzecki is currently Chairperson of Raukawa District Maori Council.
