Miromoda The indigenous Maori Fashion Board are delighted to announce that we are hosting a Fashion Extravaganza on the 30th of September at the TSB Arena, Wellington.

This one day, matinee and evening event is part of the REAL NZ Festival, which runs alongside the 2011 Rugby World Cup.

The event will also incorporate an exhibition of traditional Maori kakahu (highly prized ceremonial cloaks) and two contemporary catwalk shows featuring the top Maori fashion designers and models in the country.

A designated Trade Area will feature items from the catwalk alongside high-end fashion related Maori products. Maori and contemporary entertainers and music will fuse the components of the event and VIP corporate tables will serve Maori infused food platters with wine from Maori owned winery, Tohu.

This ticketed event allows attendees the option for a matinee or evening show and will also include a number of offsite, pre-show soirees around the city, as well as VIP corporate packages.

We would love for you to attend and or forward on this information to your networks. Further information can be accessed on the link below.
