Leadership programmes for Maori in 2014

In March 2014 Digital (Tania Hodges & Grant Berghan) will be facilitating two Leadership Programmes for Maori:

Leadership Programme for Maori in Public Health – Nga Manukura o Apopo Clinical Leadership Programme for Maori Nurses and Midwives

All programmes comprise of 8 days ( 4 x 2 day wananga) over 4 months.
The programmes will be held at Turangawaewae Marae noho Marae and participants are expected to stay on the Marae.

The programme is largely funded by various funders. The only costs are for organizations to release participants to attend, assist with transport to training and a small koha on the first day at the powhiri to the marae as part of any powhiri process.

Please check eligibility criteria for each programme before you enrol.

Numbers are restricted to 20 people, so we encourage people to register early or as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Note, this is the first email to be sent out to promote the 2014 programmes and we already have enrolments.

In addition, Digital Indigenous may be facilitating the Titoko o te Ao: Leadership in Action in Whanau Ora (TBC…subject to funding, level of interest or possibly a course fee of $1750 approx. plus GST). If you are interested in this programme, we will take registrations of interest.
