Labours Future of Work Commission will engage with Maori businesses, trusts, Iwi organisations and small businesses to discover further opportunities to boost regional development.

In our modern post-settlement environment, Maori are looking towards high-value investment in the export market and long-term investment opportunities in our domestic economy.

I will be working closely with our new Commission chair and Finance spokesperson Grant Robertson to ensure M?ori have an important role in New Zealands future workforce.

Labours goal is an economy that works for everyone, Nanaia Mahuta says.
