Piki Films are seeking a Maori girl, 11-15 years old, to play a support role in a new film directed by TaikaWaititi.

A country kid, she’s independent, can handle herself in the bush, and is an experienced horse-rider. She can also sing and play guitar. There will be rehearsals & horse riding lessons if required, prior to shooting.

You must be available for about 5-7 days between 11 May to 15 June for filming around the North Island.

Record a video of you telling a joke and strumming on the guitar – preferably at the same time! Upload this to youtube, Vimeo, or Dropbox, and send us a link on theform below. Make the settings private if you don’t want everyone to see it. Our preference is for the actor to be not much higher than 410
